Well we are in day two of the Labor Day weekend. Since every campground in the area is full to capacity and there really isn’t anything along the way to stop and see or visit we continued our journey home along I-80. The land is flat and road straight so we are able to make some decent time, especially since the speed limit is 75 MPH.
Along the route is a 65 million dollar privately owned arched bridge across I-80. Of course you can’t get to it unless you take the exit past the bridge and reverse direction. We didn’t but we did get a picture or two of the bridge. We were surprised that the state would allow a privately owned bridge to nowhere be built across an interstate.
